POLICY

These policies are only pertaining to the service of Loc Maintenance. Scroll down to review all of the policies before booking this service.

Important Information

Loc Detox is required for all new loc clients.

If you are booking for Individual Crochet Faux Locs service, order the Faux Locs 5-7 business days before your scheduled appointment. (The link will be sent to you after booking.)

If you are booking for Instant Locs Install service, order the handmade Locs 4-5 weeks before your scheduled appointment. (The link will be sent to you after booking.)

The Retwist Only service is only offered to returning clients 2 weeks after previously scheduled appointment. If your hair is not in good or required condition, your appointment will be canceled and deposit will be forfeited.

In order to book a Starter Locs or Instant Locs Install service, your hair must be at least 3 inches.

If your loc detached itself from your head, please bring the loc with you to your next appointment.

I have hair washing products at home. Can I bring them to use at my loc appointment?

Unless it is a prescription (Shampoo, Conditioner, Serum etc.) provided by your Dermatologist, no you may not. I have the necessary hair washing products for cleansing and nourishing your locs.
