At first, I was going to start off writing this page in third person but it wouldn’t be authentic, right? All of my clients know I like personal connection so you’re going to read this a little differently lol

 

Hey! It’s ya girl Renee Goddard a.k.a Nee Goddess (IG Name). If you’re new, WELCOME! If you’re a returning client now seeing my website launch, HEY HEY! Lol I just wanted to give you guys a little backstory on how this started. In 2016, I started off doing dreads. I actually wanted to do all types of hair like braiding, weaving etc. But I always loved doing dreads more than anything else. The photography life have always been around since junior high school but I started more professional work in 2016. A few months later, I was doing makeup professionally even though that started in 2015. Two years after that, BOOM, became a certified Lash Artist.

 

You’re probably wondering why on earth do I want to be so much things? For me, there’s just something about taking something that’s either dirty or a blank slate and turning it into something more beautiful than it already was. The finished product excites me every time. Especially my clients reactions when I finish their hair, makeup, lashes, or photography. When you really think about it, all of this ties into the beauty industry. If your hair, makeup, lashes, or photography does not look on point, who’s attention are you trying to capture?

 

In 2019, I decided to make Tropix Luxe official. Tropix Luxe is a place for my clients to feel how I feel when I go to my family's Caribbean island called Grenada. Also, it is a place for my clients to feel like they are the VIP client.
